Mumbai: Bollywood chocolate boy Shahid Kapoor, who had an unceremonious break-up with Kareena Kapoor, is still nursing the wounds of betrayal.Apparently, Shahid, who invited all his ex-lovers to his birthday bash in a suburban lounge bar in Mumbai on 25th February, deliberately omitted Kareena from the guest list, whose name was conspicuous by her absence.Even as Shahid and Kareena are yet to
