The troubled Junior Eurovision song contest is coming up this Saturday, December 1, 2012. This 10th edition has only 12 countries taking part when Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania and Macedonia decided to stay home but EBU managed to replace them with Israel, Albania and Azerbaijan.
